Yoga can be a key component of any fitness program

Yoga can complement any rigorous physical discipline, be it a sport, fitness practice or movement discipline (such as martial arts or dance). Yoga builds flexibility, balance, and strength, which in turn may help prevent injuries and increase performance. In addition, many of our advanced classes and flow styles can be very challenging (even for professional athletes) as the combination of speed of movement, balance and isometrics can push even the fittest workout warrior to the edge.

Nandi is an authentic yoga studio, focused on building a community of dedicated yoga practitioners consistent with the traditional practice of yoga. We do not cater to any fitness craze nor do we integrate non-yoga disciplines like Pilates, weight-training or Crossfit.
