Our teachers at Nandi Yoga are here to guide you through an inspiring but safe yoga practice, which will evolve as you gain knowledge about your body and mind. All of our teachers are certified by training programs registered with the Yoga Alliance, and many have gone well beyond the initial 200-hour requirement with additional courses to deepen their knowledge and refine their specialized teaching skills (e.g. for children’s yoga).
We also adhere to the principle that you practice what you teach and you teach what you practice. In order to stay connected with students and continue to grow in their own practices, our teachers are on their mats practicing just like the rest of us. In sum, all of our instructors come to the class with a solid education combined with a real passion for teaching yoga and a strong personal practice.
