Healing is the mission behind Nancy's yoga practice which incorporates her Reiki Master training and intuitive gift. Real life maturity of raising three children, marriage, an MBA, and an aerospace engineering career is tempered by a broad exposure to a number of yoga styles and teachers. These include Sean Corne, Rodney Yee, Elise Browning-Miller and most recently her yoga teacher certification with Sri Dharma Mittra.
