Kelsey discovered yoga in 2010 and it has been a huge part of her life ever since. As a mental health professional off the mat, Kelsey is drawn to yoga’s ability to release stress and even the mind. She strives to create space for her students to honor their bodies, emotions, and thoughts, however they may show up day to day. Kelsey works to live out the mantra “lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu” through her actions and teachings. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Nandi Yoga in 2018 and the Nandi Intern Program, assisting Wendy Klein and Deeb Qobti in 2019.
