Kids/Family

Our Kids Program is designed to promote the health and well-being for kids of all ages through yoga poses, breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques.

We offer 10 week sessions for toddlers up to teens.

Classes help build awareness of the body and mind through engaging and fun activities using age-appropriate curricula in a nurturing (non-competitive) environment.

Classes are open to all students regardless of yoga experience or athletic ability.

Although yoga is based on a system developed over more than 6,000 years, our program focuses on mind/body fitness and does not incorporate any religious or spiritual aspects.

Our Parent/Child Program offers an opportunity for family members to practice together.

Family yoga is a wonderful opportunity to play and practice yoga together and is designed for younger children (ages 2-7 years)

Classes typically offer a theme set at the beginning of class and often include partner poses.

Parents can also take classes with their babies or toddlers.

Kids Class Offerings

We are in the process of revamping our Kids Class Offerings and they will return in Spring 2020.  In the meantime, you are more than welcome to have them attend our Family Yoga classes or if they are mature enough, they can join an appropriate adult class with a parent or guardian.

We are continuing to run our teen class on Wednesday afternoon’s at 4pm.

Parent/Child Classes

Family Yoga

Open to all ages, with a focus on children 2-7 years old, every other Saturday from 9:30 to 10:15am – starting in 2020 this class will move to Saturday at 3pm – please check the Mindbody Scheduler for details or call the studio.

Parent and Baby Yoga

On Tuesdays (up to pre-walkers) from 9:30 to 10:45am

We also offer Yoga Birthday Parties.  The parties typically last for 1 1/2 hours and include yoga postures, partner poses and yoga games.
