Amy Wang

Amy first discovered the mind-body connection of yoga in 2000 and was amazed by how the practice boosted her creative thinking and peace of mind. With the hopes of sharing that connection with others, Amy completed her first yoga teacher training overseas in 2009, Nandi’s 200-hr training with Wendy Klein in 2018 and Nandi’s internship program in 2019 with Clive Beavis and Toni Cupal.

Amy works to bring mindfulness and body awareness into all her classes. In addition to adult classes, she is also certified to teach prenatal and kids yoga classes. Her Mom & Baby class aims to help relieve the aches and pains related to motherhood, support and strengthen the changing body. Her Family Yoga class is designed to nurture the growing bodies and minds of children, creating a space for families to play and connect.
