Core Yoga focuses on building strength, balance, and suppleness for the muscles that mobilize and stabilize the torso (including the spine and ribcage). The same muscles are responsible for our 20,000 daily breaths and, when strengthened and balanced, can improve nearly every yoga pose by offering a sense of steadiness and ease.

We offer two classes in this style: Core Flow, which incorporates a mindful, slower-paced vinyasa sequence focusing on longer holds and moving with strength versus momentum, and Core Integration, which includes yoga poses, breathing biomechanics, and therapy ball work.
