Ashtanga Mix

Ashtanga Mix is a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic practice that is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa (incorporating key poses from Primary and Advanced series). This high-energy style is designed to wake up the nervous system and increase strength and stamina. Although there are plenty of ways to modify the classical poses including arm balances, inversions and binds, we recommend students have a strong practice and be in good physical and cardiovascular condition.
