Mayank has been in love with yoga since 2011 when he attended his first yoga class. He has since enthusiastically practiced different styles of yoga and his practice is mostly influenced by Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Bhakti yoga. Before discovering yoga, Mayank went to the gym and was a sportsman. However, he found that practicing yoga provided a more well rounded approach to nourish and support the mind, body and soul. Hence he took a deeper dive into yoga by completing Nandi’s 200 Hour Yoga-Alliance training in 2016 and Nandi’s yearly internship in 2017. He also works as an engineering manager and is an avid reader of ancient Yoga Sanskrit texts.
