Yohko has been practicing yoga since 2001 and yoga has become a part of her life since 2008. Through her teachers and asana, she learned to be grateful, dedicated and kind to all beings. Being a mother and watching her young daughter and her friends go through competitive and unkind reality, she thought she could do so much more to help young children and adults through yoga in 2016. Since then, she has completed a 200 hour teacher training, kids yoga training and prenatal teacher training at Nandi. She believes in healthy mind, healthy body, and happy being.
